What you can accomplish
in the first 10 minutes of Hot Yoga.
*As you breathe, work on why you’re practicing Hot Yoga.
What are your goals?
What are looking to accomplish?
Why are you investing time in it?
What brings you in? Be specific.
If you’re looking to work particular areas in your body,
what are they, which poses are going to help?
What do you need to do to get the most benefits & greater results
out of each pose.
focus & begin to feel your body, avoid being mechanical or just going through the motions.
What’s your intention? Where are you today?
And accept that. Accepting where you are is your starting point.
From here you can begin to set your direction/s of where
you’re intending to go.
In other words, determining what is most important to you.
Now, where ever you’re trying to get to,
ask yourself why, what’s your purpose?
ask yourself why, what’s your purpose?
What does it look like, smell like, what are the feelings you’re
envisioning & how will it improve your life?
*Finally, what is your strategy for exercise, nutrition, mental health,
spiritual health, financial health, & your relationships?
This is about adding to your environment the things that
will set everything in motion.
It’s about parenting yourself.
Tell yourself “you have what it takes!”
Tap into your conscious mind(your logic, the adult part of the brain) &
your unconscious mind(the creative side, the child part of the brain).
It’s important to bring the two together in order to be move forward faster,
easier, and have fun while doing it.
To your Health & Success,
Marco Gamez
