5 ways to improve on your mindset:

  1. Practice Faith:  in yourself, people, a subject, and for many of us God
  2. Practice Self-Control:  Your morals, your ambitions, your wants and your needs, your desires
  3. Practice Determination:  Your will power, never quit, use your body to achieve
  1. Practice Concentration:  Putting your body and mind together to accomplish what you most desire.  What you truly love.
  2. Practice Patience:  Living in a technological world, it’s easy to expect everything to be fast.   Sometimes the things that matter most take time.  Be patient.  Don’t lose your focus.  Breathe.

Things to remember:

·    The more fit you are, the less rest you need; due to better blood flow
·    Breath draws energy into the body, it calms the brain, it increases digestion, and it stimulates the  glands
·    When you’re upset, you do the best yoga, when you’re happy, you want more yoga
·    Change in your anatomy (of the body), can change your emotions or yourself
·    The worst place in the world can bring about the best thing
