Lessons learned:
1. Identify why you want to do the juice cleanse.
2. Be prepared & set on the amount of days you can actually do.
3. If you fall off, be ok with it. Remember to start small & make your transition a lifestyle change vs. just a challenge.
4. Make sure your family at home is on board.
5. Start on a thursday morning.
6. On the days that you're struggling, stay busy.
7. One day at time.
On a side note for me personally, this was about rebooting my digestive system & cleansing. It was also about retesting something I've now done three times before. Neatless to say I had very similar results in all four times. For me it's about having this recorded for future endevours. It's about realizing how much we can actually manipulate our bodies into doing different things. It's about realizing that we can create & recreate our own reality from it. We just need to be able to make up our minds about it. Once you do, we can measure the results, retest the actions & use the proper methods to succeed. That's all folks...... Have a wonderful day.
