Eight days on the juice cleanse....

Day numero ocho! I think I may have lost ten pounds this time around. Not sure why I put 20 away last time and half this time. I do crave chewing my food. Well, that all for today folks. Hope everyone is offto great week. Wishi you guys the best. I'll be teaching both classes tonight and I look forward to seeing everyone there.
