Why should I practice Hot Yoga?

Let me get right to it.  To improve the quality of your health.  When I was told at the age of 16 to hang it up and that my life would be short, I felt frustrated.  I felt as if I stood alone in the world.  I felt very depressed and angry.  How could this happen to me?  What the hell!  And I did what I was recommended.  take these drugs and hope for the best.  Wow man!  When I think back.  I was sixteen.  What did I know?  Over a decade later and many pounds over weight, I discovered Hot Yoga.  Add another thirteen years after that and I feel better then I did when I was sixteen.  My attitude towards life is far more possitive and I'm soon going to have a little girl.  Can you believe I was told I would die young?
So, why should you practice Hot Yoga?  Like I said before, to improve the quality of your health.  You see, practicing Hot Yoga will teach about dicipline, dedication and committment.  You'll learn about your body and you'll be testing the practice with your body.  So, you'll feel and see the benefits.  One of the main ingredients about yoga is that it will teach about "consistency."  This is key.  Without it, not too much happens.
We all fall in and out of our routines I know.  That's life man.  So what?  Just know that the sooner you return to your yoga practice the sooner you start to become healthier.  Listen, when I was given my life sentence I felt the way many of you may feel today.  Angry.  Dissappointed.  Like their is no turning back.  But you can do something every day and build up.  Not down.  If you take it on now and become consistent, you'll improve.  These are some of the reasons I think you should practice Hot Yoga.  Oh yeah, I also think you should practice here with us in Chandler at Pura Vida Hot Yoga.  I'm not selling it!  I'm paying it forward.  I've not only seen and experienced what it has done for me, but I have helped and witnessed many people improve on themselves on many levels.
To your health and success,
Marco Gamez
