The pose of the week with Amanda Flores.

*Low lunge with quad stretch pose.
*Great pose to get an extra stretch on your quads.
*Lengthens the entire area inside the abdominal wall,  specifically your psoas muscle.
*Works your shoulders and tricepts.

     This pose can usually be done by someone who has good spine and hip flexibility.  And by those whose thighs are not so tight.  The pose requires practice, discipline, focus and knowledge of how to go into and out of the pose.
