Why leave things till tomorrow when you can start today?

* If you exercise today, you become healthier today.
* If you start today, you begin good habits today.
* If you've been in a funk all day, you break out of that shell today.
* If you feel shitty, you'll feel a million times better after you exercise today.
* If you're struggling with a mental block, exercise will clear your mind.
* If you exercise today, you automatically improve today.
     So stop procrastinating and start today!  We're all busy friend, just do it.  Remember that if you do nothing, you're guaranteed for nothing to happen.  Your choice.
