For
many of us, when we heard about “The Challenge,” it inspired us to immediately
take it on. It just sounds good (The
Challenge) and most of us enjoy being challenged. And for some of you, it represented an idea
that if you did “The Challenge,” it would help you create the changes you need
in your life. Either way, committing to
yourself to do “The Challenge” says something about whom you are and where you
want to be. It represents your want and
desire for growth. It represents your
desire for change. And how awesome is
that!

And
part of that success is largely due to their consistency on staying focused and
doing the things that propel them forward every day. They practice doing the things that push them
a bit closer to their vision and destination until they arrive. And this is where “The Challenge” comes
in. The Challenge is structure and set
to instill that consistency that most of us lack. And as we transition through it, you’ll begin
to understand the importance of having your own rituals. The eight weeks will give you an opportunity
to really take a close look at yourself and discover that you can do anything
you set your mind to as long as you follow through with it. As long as you’re clear on what you want. And it has to be important to you. It has to become a must for you to have.
In the end, our goal for you is
that you’ll discover that it’s not about just 8-weeks or the program
itself. That it’s more about you. That staying healthy requires a life time
commitment. And if you learn to break
things down, you won’t get overwhelmed and quit. By breaking things down, you’ll do more, you’ll
do things more effectively and you’ll always reach your goals. So I salute you for stepping up your game and
for participating in our program. I wish
you the best and I’m here to support you ever step of the way. Let this truly kick things into gear for
you. Be honest with yourself and this
time stay consistent. And don’t you dare
quit! See it through. No matter how sore you are or how tire you
feel. Show up! And have fun!
Easy stuff!
To
your health & success,
Marco
